   If you didn’t buy the music from the iTunes Store, then it won’t transfer across.
   The only way to do this is by using 3rd party software, which Apple doesn’t recommend.
   Apple are in a legal bind with the music industry after opening the iTunes Store, therefore are strict on copyrighting music to only do certain things.
   Main reason your having this issue, is to stop you buying music and sharing it with your friends.
   I’ve gotten around this before, using 3rd party software called Phone to Mac.
   However, if you’re running windows, I would install Phone To PC.

   Unless you have saved all your music onto a USB or something. I’m afraid you cannot transfer your music from your iPod to your computer.

   You can’t. its a legal thing and ipod ripper software is normally pretty unstable and you can end up losing all your music. I’d contact apple maybe they will help you. If not just pirate it all back
